Nayagarh: A minor arrested in connection with the Pari murder case has been slapped by the SIT. He is thought to have survived an earlier attempt to oust him following Mr Jiang’s intervention. The accused’s lawyer, Chandrabijayi Mishra, filed a petition in the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) on Wednesday. “The trial is set to begin on April 20,” he said. Defendant’s lawyer has appealed to dismiss the allegations. The accused also made such allegations before the judge while the trial was going on in the Pakso court.
