Jharsuguda: The love affair lasted for a year. Finally, a naked example of how a lover can become violent is seen in the Jharsuguda district’s Badmal police station area. The young man had an affair with the girl’s 20-year-old daughter when he came to her home. The girl went to Chhattisgarh to study while the love affair developed between them. The girl returned home because of the lockdown. After understanding all the facts at home, the girl’s attitude changed after some understanding. No matter how hard Sippan tried, the young woman felt ignored by him. On the afternoon of the 25th, Sippon went to his girlfriend’s house in Badmal. She cut off her boyfriend’s neck with a sanitary drink, feeling that he had fallen in love while talking to his girlfriend. The girl was taken to a private hospital in Jharsuguda and later to Burla for treatment. Sipan has been admitted to Jharsuguda General Hospital for treatment. Investigating officer Manisha Bhakta said both were in good condition. A case has been registered against the girl’s father at Badmal police station.
