Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC) has provided Rs 20 crore for the Odisha government’s food scheme. The amount has been provided by the corporation to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund on the 16th. Under the food scheme, cooked food is being provided to the poor in various cities for Rs. The scheme was launched by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on April 1, 2015 on the occasion of Utkal Day. As a responsible state-owned corporation, the OM4C’s move has been lauded by the Chief Minister’s Office. The OMC’s cooperation will further strengthen the food program.
