Bhubaneswar: Shortly after the start of the winter session of the state assembly, Bachchupati’s house was adjourned till 3 pm. Bachchupati announced the adjournment after the mourning motion for the departed leader. The house has been adjourned until 3 p.m. However, the decision of the all-party meeting will be discussed at the afternoon meeting as per the agenda of the session in view of the Karona cut-off. In addition, the current session is expected to present an additional budget for the fiscal year 2020-21.
