Madanpur: Vigilance has arrested Kshiti Bhushan Biswal, principal of Odisha Adarsh Vidyalaya in Madanpur under M.Rampur block of Kalahanti district, while he was taking a bribe of Rs 40,000. It was revealed that Mr. Bishwal, the principal, had demanded a bribe from Gangadhar Bagh for his appointment as the watchdog of the Adarsh Vidyalaya. Gangadhar informed Vigilance in this regard. The vigilance team arrested the chairman on Thursday while handing over the money. Bhawanipatna Vigilance DS4P Satyaban Mahananda, Nuapadha Unit Inspector Deenbandhu Behera, staff Rajesh Nayak, Sushant Patnaik, Santosh Mohanty, Shiv Prasad Padhan were present on the occasion.
