New Delhi: The All India Congress Committee (AICC) has given additional charge of Bihar to Bhakta Charan Das, in-charge of Mizoram and Manipur. Earlier, Shaktisingh Gohil was appointed in-charge of AICC in Bihar. After he resigned, Bharat Charan Das, the party’s president, was given the charge of Bihar. AICC general secretary KC Benugopala said in a statement that Das would take immediate action.
