BALESWAR / Nilgiris: Two of the three accused detained by the Nilgiri police on Tuesday in connection with the poisoning of a minor in the Nilgiri Baghmara area have been arraigned in court today. Police released him after learning that the other was not involved. The two accused arrested were; Lulu Behera, 28, owner of Etawahati in Sajnagar area and Fakirmohan Singh, 30, driver of Kurumipal area. On the other hand, the CRPP 161 records the statements of the victim’s parents and both the arrested accused.
