If not, you can get the payment option by updating the WhatsApp app Customers need to have a debit card to support WhatsApp to use WhatsApp payments. You can activate it by going to the WhatsApp app payment option by selecting the bank and entering the details. The WhatsApp app has partnered with five major banks for payment services. These include ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, SBI and Geo Payment Bank. It is also possible to send money to users who do not use WhatsApp payments through WhatsApp payments.
