Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has been the center of Bihar politics for the past 40 years. As the Chief Minister, Nitish has taken historic steps to ban alcohol in Bihar. During this time, Nitish became the Chief Minister of Bihar for the second time. But later Nitish withdrew from the mahament and joined the NDA.
