New Delhi: Exports are on the rise as smartphone imports in the country decline. It is clear that huge quantities of smartphones are being produced domestically. According to data released by the Ministry of Commerce, Rs 141.1 crore worth of smartphones were exported in August. During the same period, Rs 1,050.1 crore worth of smartphones were imported. Imports have been declining since last June.
