The Delhi High Court today warned the Center and the Delhi government that the strong crowd in the city market would expedite the third flow of Covid-16.
The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the government, aware of the fact that all photos of the city market, which do not wear masks and disobey the Kovid-18 rules, are being circulated on WhatsApp.
The court said in a notice issued to the central government and the Delhi government to file a “statistic report” in this regard. The court said relatively strict measures are needed in the national capital to prevent the Covid-16 case from spreading further.
The vacancy bench comprising Justices Naveen Chawla and Asha Menon also warned that such violations of the Kovid Rules would expedite the third stream. And that shouldn’t be the case under any circumstances.
The High Court has asked the Center and the Delhi government to implement strict cuts, warn shopkeepers and hold meetings with market and lifting associations in this regard.
