Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today launched the Drink From Tap Tap Mission or ‘Sujal’ scheme with the aim of providing clean water at facilities. It will provide tap drinking water to 12 zones in Bhubaneswar and Puri. The Chief Minister said that about 200,000 people in the two cities would benefit from the scheme. It will benefit 1.5 million people. Similarly, 3 lakh household drinking water meters will be connected to 4 states in Bhubaneswar, Puri, Rourkela and Brahmapur. It is estimated that 2.2 million people will benefit.
