Bhubaneswar: A total of 2,818 corona positives have been identified in the state today. Of these, 141 were from the Resistance Center and 1,124 from the local area. The cases were reported from 24 districts. This was reported by the State Department of Information and Public Relations. At present, the number of cases of coronary heart disease in the state has increased to 45,536.
Khordha district has the highest number of 43, Cuttack 254, Mayurbhanj 217, Ganjam 142, Rayagada 14, Sambalpur 145, Bargarh 136, Jajpur 120, Jajpur 120, Puri 108, Balasore 105, Dhenkanal 100, Malkangiri 43, Nagar 43, Nagar 43, Nadu 43, Korapu 43 Of the 82 cases recorded in Kendrapara and Gajapati, 57 were reported from Sundergarh, 57 from Balangir, 55 from Kalahandi, 4 from Jagatsinghpur, 4 from Kandhamal, 43 from Nabarangpur, 23 from Anugul, 23 from Sonepur and 14 from Kendujhar district.
According to the state Department of Health and Family Welfare, a total of 50,503 people have recovered and returned home in the state, while the number of active corona infections is 24,582. In the last 24 hours, 71,034 corona samples have been tested in the state. Coronas have been tested through RTPCR, antigen, and trunton. This was informed by Additional Chief Secretary Pradeep Mohapatra.
