Baliguda: An angry mother cut off the face of an 8-year-old girl with a sharp blade. The mother-in-law was found to be in a fit of rage when the girl accidentally slapped the blade on her brother’s body while removing the blade. According to sources, Dillip Digal’s first wife passed away in Kampada village under Baliguda police station and has an 8-year-old daughter. He later married Parvati Kahar for the second time.
