New Delhi: The date for the Bihar Assembly elections may be announced today. The Election Commission may also announce the date for the by-elections to the Balasore Sadar and Tirtol Assembly by-elections. The Election Commission has called a press conference in Delhi at 12.30 pm today. It is expected that the by-elections will be held here due to the death of Bishnu Das from Tirtol and Madan Mohan Dutt from Balasore Sadar.
