Bhubaneswar: Passengers on the ticket waiting list are under a lot of pressure when planning their travel plans. Tickets are less likely to be confirmed if you are on the waiting list or RAC. This type of passenger has to wait until the chart is made. Railways, a Mumbai-based startup company, is offering passengers a ticket that cannot be confirmed. The agency protects rail passengers from the waiting list and the RAC. To avail this facility, passengers have to purchase a protection at Rs 200 on the Relief website or AP4 at Rs. If the passenger’s ticket is not confirmed, he or she will be provided with another low-cost airline ticket. Passengers are informed of the price when purchasing protection. Passengers whose tickets will be confirmed will lose money to buy protection.
