Jharsuguda: Former Brajrajnagar MLA Anup Sai, who is said to be the main accused in the murder of Kalpana Das and his daughter Babli, is now being treated at a private hospital in Bilaspur after the Chhattisgarh High Court granted him interim bail for two months. Anup Sai was released on bail on September 25. He is said to have been released on bail of Rs 25,000. Anup Sai has been admitted to a private hospital in Bilaspur due to poor health.

Former Brajrajnagar MLA Anup Sai was produced in the court of Rayagada JMFC Digvijay Singh as the main accused in the double murder case at Sambalpuri Bangursia under Chakradharanagar police station in Rayagada district. The court rejected the bail application on behalf of the accused. The accused, Anup Sai, was sent to Raigad Jail.
